We accept 1) Visa and Mastercard payments at checkout and 2) most payment methods via PAYPAL.

Tax Policy

As required by law, shipments delivered to Florida will incur a 6.5% sales tax charge at checkout. Orders to other locals do not incur any sales tax charge.

Shipping Rates & Policy

We charge flat shipping rates of $14.95 for all orders up to $99, then $19.95 for orders of $100 or more.

For a Limited Time - FREE SHIPPING on Orders over $99*. Free shipping offer applies to purchases from wholesalegiftsmart.com ONLY and applies to regular ground (least expensive) delivery only NOT for RUSH, overnight, 1st, 2nd or 3rd day special delivery.

1. Orders are usually processed 24-72 hours after payment and usually arrive within 7-14 business thereafter. UPS or USPS are our shippers of choice. Note that UPS will not deliver to P. O. Boxes only physical street addresses. Large orders may be split and shipped separately.

2. Rush Service is available when necessary. Any free shipping offers do not apply to Rush Service. Rush rates can be as much as 50% or more of the merchandise total, particularly if air service is required. UPS and DHL will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, only physical street addresses. Please e-mail us at info@dorcaswholesale.com or phone ahead to receive rates requiring Rush Service.

3. Shipping rates apply to shipments to locals within the Continental U. S. (48 states) only. We do not presently ship to locals outside of the continental U. S..

Return Policy

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us. If there is a need to return merchandise please follow the guidelines listed below for our No Hassle Return Policy.

1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, merchandise should be returned within 14 days of receipt

in its original condition and packaging . Non-defective merchandise returns incur a restocking charge of 15% of sales price or minimum $10.00 whichever is greater. Just e-Mail or fax us prior to returning merchandise to receive a Return Authorization Number.

2. We will provide a full refund usually within fourteen (14) days after receipt of merchandise. Shipping costs are the buyers expense except for defective or damaged returns.

3. Defective or damaged merchandise needs to be reported within three (3) business days of receipt to our e-mail info@wholesalegiftsmart.com or by fax to 561-845-0751. Please return defective merchandise within seven (7) days of receipt

Inventory Levels

Rarely, an item may go out-of-stock after payment and before order processing. If this happens, we will contact you regarding an exchange, full refund, or fulfillment at a later date.
